  • Your device and app version (e.g. iPad, iOS 18, app 1.0)
  • A screenshot, if the issue is something you can see

Billing & subscriptions

For questions about a plan, a charge, a refund, or cancelling, email support@cotek.live from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.

Your account & data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the account deletion page, or by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the details.
